Our firm was founded in 1996, by two attorney-entrepreneurs, Charles Moster and Shari Wynne, for the purpose of serving as “outsourced general counsel” for entrepreneurs and their growing businesses. The firm’s original and continuing goal is to help our clients achieve success. We provide reasoned and effective legal advice informed by our hands-on entrepreneurial experience.

In 2006, Richard Ressler joined our firm as Managing General Counsel, to apply his 35+ years of corporate and securities law experience to help our clients and their companies develop and grow.

In 2011, our firm founded SKU (formerly Incubation Station), the first and leading consumer product goods accelerator.

In February 2015, we acquired a rising-star entrepreneurial law firm, RAM Law Firm PLLC, expanding our practice areas to include immigration law, and adding an office in San Antonio’s Geekdom, the country’s largest incubator/co-working space.  Two of the RAM firm founders also founded MassVenture, the first equity crowdfunding site approved by the Texas State Securities Board, matching Texas real estate offerings with Texas-based investors.

In March 2015, at SXSW, we launched the Entrepreneurial Law Bar Association (EBA). The purpose of the EBA brings together business counsel worldwide to develop best practices for serving innovators and growing businesses in the new economy. This organization will increase the resources available to our clients, while we connect with our growing industry.
